  • To ensure that the TOKERO IT platform matches the amount integrated with your TOKERO account, it is necessary to upload the account statement for the IBAN from / to which it sends. Only inputs and outputs to/from pre-authorized IBANs based on statement upload are automated.
  • You will receive an information email when the funds reach the TOKERO platform. If the IBAN is identified, the funds are automatically allocated. If not, you will receive instructions to upload the statement.
  • The moment of debiting the funds from your bank account does not coincide with the moment of entering the funds in the TOKERO accounts, most transfers being interbank and may require from several hours to several days for completion.
  • The moment of entering the money in the bank accounts of TOKERO (Globe Monnaie SRL) does not necessarily coincide with the moment of their crediting in the user`s balance. The difference is the time required for specific checks on AML (anti-money laundering) laws.
  • Our company is not responsible for any imputed losses caused by the increase in the price of cryptocurrencies if the funds are allocated in the balances within the times communicated above.
  • Send only from bank accounts opened in your name. In cases where the name on the payment order does not match the name of the TOKERO account holder, the amount will not be credited to the balance. You will receive an email with instructions for resolving the situation, but the time to resolve depends on the solution you choose and the number of attempts required to succeed.
